Murray is bidding to become the first British player to win the men’s title at Wimbledon since Fred Perry in 1936. The last British man to reach the final was Bunny Austin in 1938.

Had to do a lot of defending but I turned it around.” Andy says he’s looking forward to his fifth Grand Slam meeting with world No.1 Nadal on Friday. “It’ll be a great match. Played against him four times in Grand Slams and it’s 2-all so it should be a good one.”
