2014 Copa del Rey Finals – Real Madrid vs Barcelona Live Results and Schedule

The Copa del Rey final will be the 111th final since its establishment. The match will be an El Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona on April 16, 2014.The stadium will be determined on March 4 but as reported by Spanish Football Federation, RFEF, they have already chosen the venue for the 2013-2014 Copa del Rey final.

Although not yet officially confirmed, the RFEF will propose the Mestalla home of Valencia as the venue for the Copa del Rey final next week to the two finalists and so long as both are in agreement, the decision will be ratified at the next RFEF board meeting on 4th March, according to Spanish sports portal AS.

World Cup 2014 Brasil Brazil logoThe 2014 FIFA World Cup will be the 20th FIFA World Cup, the premier international football tournament. It is scheduled to take place between 12 June and 13 July 2014 in Brazil.

In the Opening Ceremony, the official World Cup song for 2014 “We Are One (Ole Ola)” will be performed by global Superstars Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull together with Brazilian star Claudia Leitte in June in Brazil, as announced by FIFA. Read the rest of this entry »

World Cup 2014 Group Bracket and Tournament Standings

World Cup 2014 Brasil Brazil logoThe 2014 FIFA World Cup Final Draw group bracketing for the 32 teams participating at World Cup finals has been announced Friday night at the Costa do Sauipe Resort, Mata de Sao Joao in Bahia last 6 December 2013.

The ceremony was presented by FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valcke and Brazilian hostess Fernanda Lima. The balls were drawn by former players representing the eight past World Cup-winning nations: Cafu, Fabio Cannavaro, Alcides Ghiggia, Fernando Hierro, Geoff Hurst, Mario Kempes, Lothar Matthäus and Zinedine Zidane.
