The NBA 2013 Finals will be under a Thursday-Sunday-Tuesday rotation, and will begin on Thursday, June 6, 2013 in Miami Heat.
Defending Champions, NBA’s best record and Eastern conference’s No. 1 seed Miami Heat will face No. 3 seed Indiana Pacers for the 2013 NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Finals.
Miami Heat reached the Eastern Conference Finals by sweeping the Milwaukee Bucks 4-0 in the 1st round and then earning a 4-1 series win against Chicago Bulls in the 2nd round.
Indiana Pacers, on the other hand, earned the other Eastern Conference Finals slot by a 1st round 4-2 series win against Atlanta Hawks and then another 4-2 series win and an upset win in the 2nd round against the New York Knicks.
Western conference’s No. 2 seed San Antonio Spurs will take on No. 5 seed Memphis Grizzlies for the 2013 NBA Playoffs Western Conference Finals.
San Antonio Spurs reached the Western Conference Finals by sweeping LA Lakers 4-0 in the 1st round and then outlasting Golden State Warriors 4-2 in the 2nd round.
On the other hand, Memphis Grizzlies earned a Western Conference Finals slot by a 1st round 4-2 series win against LA Clippers and then an upset 4-1 series win in the 2nd round against Oklahoma City Thunder.
