UFC 99 Franklin vs Silva fight event, billed as THE COMEBACK, is scheduled on June 13, 2009 Saturday 3:00 PM ET live on Pay-Per-View (PPV) from the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany. This will be the first UFC event to be held in Germany, as well as the first in mainland Europe.

In the UFC 99 main event, two of the game’s most revered superstars will battle it out, former  UFC middleweight champion Rich ‘Ace’ Franklin will go head to head against former PRIDE® champion Wanderlei “The Axe Murderer” Silva in a true fight fan’s dream match.  Also featured in this event is Cheick Kongo, who replaces Heath Herring, to take on Cain Velasquez at the heavyweight division. Kongo has since won three straight against Dan Evensen, Mostpha Al-Turk and Antoni Hardonk — all by TKO.  So, see for yourself. This will be a great and exciting fight match to watch for.
