UFC 93: Rich Franklin vs Dan Henderson is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held on January 17, 2009 at The O2, Dublin in Dublin, Ireland. It will be UFC’s first event ever in Dublin.

The main event will feature a light heavyweight bout between former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin and former PRIDE middleweight (205 lbs) and welterweight (183 lbs) Champion Dan Henderson in three-round war which will set the tone for the 205lbs division in 2009.  Then in the co-main event featuring a light heavyweight rematch, 2005 PRIDE® Middleweight Grand Prix Champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua returns to the Octagon to throw down with UFC Hall of Famer and former UFC Heavyweight Champion Mark Coleman in a rematch MMA fans thought they would never see. The two last met in Japan in 2006, with Coleman pulling off a stunning upset by breaking Rua’s arm in the first round.  Other UFC 93 undercard matches are Alan Belcher Vs. Denis Kang, Jeremy Horn Vs. Rousimar Palhares, Marcus Davis Vs. Chris Lytle, Martin Kampmann Vs. Alexandre Barros, Eric Schafer Vs. Antonio Mendes, Tomasz Drwal Vs. Ivan Serati, Tom Egan Vs. John Hathaway and Dennis Siver Vs. Nate Mohr.
