Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Forget EON customer service. The fastest way to get a response from them is to post on the Facebook account. it worked for me when I had to do some follow ups. Response time range from minutes to 3-4 hours.

For almost 1 year I’ve been using Paypal and EON for transferring my funds last June 22, 2011 I transferred my funds from PayPal- EON usually it only takes me 2-3 days to wait for my money but this time it took me more than 5 days. This is my first time experiencing this kind of problem, so I decided to call EON customer service (June 27, 2011 around 1-2 NOON) they said I will send email to PayPal, but before that I have already send email to PayPal and they said they will look into it and assure me that my money won’t get lost.
Today June 27, 2011 at exactly 8:30 PM When I checked my EON online banking I was so happy that my money is already there. But When I checked my EON online banking account again at exactly 2:30AM (June 28, 2011) my money was lost again and the previous balance appear. I don’t know why this thing happen.

I will call tomorrow morning EON customer service, and let see if they can provide me a valid reason about it….

Something fishy is going on with EON!!!!! Lets see….

what should i do? please help me.. i cant withdraw the money for the PayPal says that my withdrawal limit is 00.00 an in order to raise this limit i have to link my card im using an BPI EXPRESS TELLER.. but it doesn’t has the expiration date, the master logo or visa .. but i have register my bank account and receive the payment..the problem is:
-i cant link my card…
-my card has no expiration date.
-i cant withdraw in my account in Paypal for this reasons..
I need your help please..

uhm…i got a china bank account too. i have my china bank atm card for an easy access…im quite confused about it, if i can have a paypal account through this. im so eager to find an online job but is there also another way to get payment without this’paypal’ account???

and what if it doesn’t have a visa or mastercard logo??
i hope you guys understand…

Hi Joahanna,

You will need credit card or debit card to verify with paypal. I am not familiar with china bank’s atm cards but please do check if it has the visa or mastercard logos and give the verification process a try.

Hi. I open an account in paypal but i dont have a credit card, thats why they cant verified me. I have a China bank account… Can I get verified from my China bank or i really need to have a credit card or debit card… Pls. HELP…..
