Yes same here i got my remittance from paypal in just 3 days :) but the sad part was my account has been suspended, paypal is requiring me to send verification documents. :(

I would like to asked since you have said that your transactions with Union bank account went well. Can you do the step by step guide?. Have you used other unionbank account number or just your EOn bank account number card?. Because I got problems withdrawing money through EON debit card so I would like to asked if we can still get used of EON card?.If yes what is the our bank account number in EON?.

How come your account got suspended? Please enlighten us.

charles Said,

I am using my UnionBank EON account and this EON account is also a savings account.

Your EON Bank account number is the 12 digit number located below your 16 digit EON card number.

Wow that’s a great news! Did you ask your bank if they still charge other fees when it comes to wire transfer?

charles Said,
February 2nd, 2008 @10:47 pm

Ambo, I haven’t asked UnionBank regarding wire transfer if they have other fees to be charged.
What’s your purpose in using wire transfer?

February 3rd, 2008 @2:56 am

wow! congrats huh?!
ako gagamitin ko muna ung EON ko for a while,
sayang nmn ung 350 plus 500 na deposit ko na.

after nun. paypal to bank na
& one more thing nasa testing stage pa lng e,
takot aq mwalan

im using eon card. can i use this to avail of the paypal to bank withdrawal? i suppose savings account din ang eon card. right?

charles Said,
February 4th, 2008 @6:17 pm

@lady
I assume that your PayPal account is already verified, then you can use PayPal to bank withdrawal process. Yes, just use your savings account # of your EON and your good to go.

Took 7 working days for BPI with a charge of around P150.
UnionBank faster and no charge for when using withdraw to bank :)
EON card withdrawals still pending :(
No reply from UnionBank or PayPal to my emails.

I guess there are a few unlucky ones…like me. I withdrew my Paypal funds to my Eon (withdraw to credit card option) last Jan. 30. It’s already Feb. 6 today, and the amount is not yet in my Eon account.

Here’s the technique i used guys para mabilis ko nakuha ung remittance ko from Paypal. Before withdrawing from my Union Eon card. I added my UnionBank account in Paypal account (Add Bank) by entering the Union Bank Swift Codes. Here’s the Philippine Banks Swift Code list visit: http://www.jedzlinks.com/2008/02/06/philippine-banking-swift-codes/ to retrieve your Bank Swift Codes then after I added ska ako nagwithdraw which I received after 3 days. It work for me, hope it will also work with you guys. Good Luck!

lolo Said,
February 7th, 2008 @12:13 pm

Seems like withdrawal to bank is working for most….but stay away from withdrawal to EON card until they have sorted the problems out.
Seems like everybody that withdrew to EON card from around the 23rd-26th Jan onwards is still “pending”.
I have 2 (26th and 30th Jan) still pending.
Takes a few days after you get “completed” in your withdrawal to bank, till the money appears in your account, but it will come :)

charles Said,
February 7th, 2008 @12:34 pm

Congrats on your successful withdrawal jedz.

charles Said,
February 7th, 2008 @12:47 pm

In my experience, 4 times withdrawing from PayPal to EON debit/credit card, so far it will take 4-5days to appear on my EON account.
I have no idea what is happening to UnionBank right now withdrawing from PayPal to EON debit/credit card option took so long. So sorry for the experiences of others.

jedzlinks Said,
February 7th, 2008 @2:53 pm

oo nga sad to hear that guys. hope union bank could settle the pending issue’s. While in my case sayang ung paypal account ko nakakapanghinayan. But I’ll just figure another way to open a new paypal account, I guess I’d be trying VCC.

February 7th, 2008 @4:17 pm

I applied for an EON account got the card and all, until now hindi pa rin sha ina-accept ng paypal .. (im guessing its not yet activated). buti na lang verified na ung paypal ko pero sayang naman if hindi ko magamit yung paypal to eon card transfer, guess i have to make a call sa unionbank branch na nag apply ako, right? un. lol.

Buti na lang din pwede na mag widthraw straight to bank account.. thanks to this blog post at na confirm na yung option na toh.. and yung comment ni “lolo” na BPI would charge 150 , kasi BPI bank account ko.

Chris Said,
February 7th, 2008 @5:42 pm

hi,

do you need to add your eon as a credit/debit card in paypal?

or you just need to add it as a bank account in order to withdraw?

February 7th, 2008 @6:25 pm

@jedzlinks

ito ba dapat namen ilagay sa PAYPAL pag nag add ng Bank Account?

1. Union Bank of the Philippines - UBPHPHMM

or

2. UNION BANK OF THE PHILS - 010419995

For those whose Paypal withdrawals to EON card (using withdraw to your card option) still pending, I have confirmed with Paypal customer support that they are indeed having a problem getting funds through with a credit card company, and they’re still trying to fix it. So for those who are planning to withdraw to their EON card, DO NOT DO IT, better add your EON Unionbank account as a bank account to your Paypal, then withdraw using the Withdraw To Your Bank Account).

You can read the details here: here.

Yes you can use your PNB account, just use the correct bank code when adding it to your PayPal account.

1. which paypal account are you using? the personal or the premier account?
==>> I’m using premier account. I don’t know why I choose this account . hehehe

2. did i get it right that a unionbank eon debit card can be registered both as a debit card and a savings account?

@Laarni
yes, either of the two accounts will do. I suggest, try the paypal to bank withdrawal. It’s fast and no charge, if you’re using Unionbank account.

noypi Said,
March 13th, 2008 @10:38 am

this worked for me last feb no probs. pero i tried withdrawing last march 1 and march 5. status was completed on paypal pero it didn’t arrive in my eon account! it returned to my paypal account on march 11. the second one i withdrew on march 5 hasn’t returned yet. this is a big problem. how am i supposed to withdraw now?!

March 16th, 2008 @11:49 am

I guess, I’m going to use the same process now as I’m having problems withdrawing to my eon card and credit card. My eon-card was not accepted. I guess it’s because I didn’t deposit money to it yet or maybe it was not yet activated?

As for my credit card, I’m being asked to verify it by adding the code they attached to my billing statement last March 2007. Unlucky me, I can’t find that statement now so I have to request a new code. I can’t check my statement online to check on the new code, so I still have to wait for about a month for my latest card statement. This means I can’t withdraw yet. I’ll try to open a new BDO account tomorrow. Hope this will simplify the problem.

guys,

i just signed up my paypal account because my customer sent me payment. when i signed up, im required to link a card to verify my account. Question:

1.Should it be a credit card or a regular debit/savings card?

2.As I know verification is ideal so limitations will be lifted. For example i opt not to have it verified, can I still withdraw money from paypal to my bank account like UnionB EON? (not exceeding 500USD of course/month.

3. If I can use regular savings account to verify my paypal account, can i use same account to “Bank Accounts”?

I dont use credit cards and all i have are savings bank accounts. Should a credit card is a main requirement in paypal, i feel like this payment system will just give me a lot of headache before I avail my money floating online.

Kindly enlighthen me.
