San Antonio Spurs reached the Western Conference Finals by beating Dallas Mavericks 4-3 in the 1st round and then outlasting Portland Trail Blazers 4-1 in the 2nd round.
On the other hand, Oklahoma City Thunder earned a Western Conference Finals slot by a 1st round 4-3 series win against Memphis Grizzlies and a 4-2 series win in the 2nd round against Los Angeles Clippers.
Defending Champion and Eastern conference’s No. 2 seed Miami Heat will face No. 1 seed Indiana Pacers for the 2014 NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Finals.
Miami Heat reached the Eastern Conference Finals by sweeping the Charlotte Bobcats 4-0 in the 1st round and then earning a 4-1 series win against Brooklyn Nets in the 2nd round.
Indiana Pacers, on the other hand, earned the other Eastern Conference Finals slot by a hard fought 1st round 7-game 4-3 series win against Atlanta Hawks and then a 4-2 series win in the 2nd round against the Washington Wizards.
