Based from the released full 2010 NFL Schedule, the 2010 NFL Regular season is scheduled to begin with the NFL Kickoff 2010 game weekend on NBC on Thursday night, September 9, 2010 at the Louisiana Superdome, and games will conclude on January 2, 2011.

Super Bowl XLV (45), the NFL championship game, is scheduled to be played at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on February 6, 2011.
