The 2009 NFL season kicks off tonight 8:30PM ET and the Thursday Night Football brings you The Pittsburgh Steelers against the Tennessee Titans for the NFL Season Opener 2009.

The 2009-2010 NFL season will begin with the Titans visiting the defending Super Bowl champion Steelers.  Still, the Steelers are one of the favorites to win. But the Titans are entering the 2009 season as a team that could either repeat their success as a contender.

Pittsburgh Steelers scored the first win in the 2009 NFL Season against the Tennessee Titans with a score of 13-10 in Overtime.  Jeff Reed of the Steelers kicked a 33-yard field goal to seal the win.
